Cosexa is a Plant-based and Vegan Mexican vegan restaurant at Hotel Xcaret Arte, in Casa de la Paz, rooftop (shared with Muluk Spa).
Description
Arte's fully vegan restaurant on the Casa de la Paz rooftop, which replaced Apapachoa in January 2026. Breakfast leans Mexican (mole enchiladas, tamales, chilaquiles with chickpea chorizo), dinner does wood-fired pizza, lasagna, a jackfruit taco plate and a plant-based short rib. Chakra-named juices and gemstone smoothies seal the wellness vibe. Walk in; non-vegans will not feel short-changed.
What people like
- Guests of predecessor Apapachoa, on the same rooftop, said you will not miss animal products.
- Fresh juices that guests call great for hangovers.
- The least busy restaurant, with a lighter breakfast.
What people dislike
- Non-vegans called the predecessor's menu the least interesting on property.
