Xaak is a Contemporary Mexican and Seafood tasting menu tasting menu restaurant at Hotel Xcaret Arte, in Casa de la Pirámide, jungle setting.
Description
Arte's original pay-extra tasting room, rebooted in January 2026 under Karime López, the first Mexican woman to win a MICHELIN star. The 16-course menu is seafood-heavy contemporary Mexican: sea urchin tlacoyo, oysters with habanero sambal, kampachi a la veracruzana. It is not part of the all-inclusive, so book it for a big night, not a random Tuesday.
