  • Guacamole: Rib eye chicharrón and garlic oil.

  • Tabbouleh Salad Quinoa: Citrus supremes, cucumber, mango, mint and crystal bread.

  • Mixed Ceviche: Shrimp, fish, octopus, tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon and chili oil.

  • Tatemado Shrimp Aguachile: Tomatillo, serrano, onion, garlic, shrimp and red onion.

  • Angus Burger: Black bread with activated charcoal, recado negro pumpkin seed, cheddar and caramelized onion.

  • Lamb Shawarma: Pita bread, lamb, cucumber and Fage yogurt dressing.

  • Chicken Shawarma: Pita bread, chicken, cucumber and Fage yogurt dressing.

  • Serrano Ham Panini: Arugula, serrano ham, goat cheese and balsamic dressing.

  • Vegetarian Panini: Roasted vegetables, feta cheese and hibiscus reduction.

  • Magnolia: White rum, Licor 43, pineapple juice, Angostura bitters.

  • Orquídea: Charanda blanca, mushroom charanda, coconut cordial, ginger beer.

  • Jaranda: Aged tequila, orange liqueur, spicy watermelon syrup.
